History
Bodegas Aessir began with the Carbó family in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Barcelona, when they took over a century-old winery in 1929. Since then, they have worked with various native varieties in the Barcelona wine valley, achieving international acclaim, particularly for their Cava Star La Crusset Brut Nature Reserva. Subsequently, they have developed unique projects in Cuenca and in the Terra Alta Designation of Origin in Tarragona.

The company offers organic wines, highlighting the Star La Crusset Brut Nature Reserva cava, Bobal wines from Cuenca, and three rare wines from Terra Alta, including the white Garnacha and the red wine “El Cavall de Barcelona.”
