The cooperative was founded in 2019 in the Poblenou neighborhood of Barcelona, uniting local brewers with a passion for craft brewing. In 2020, they opened 'La Cervesera del Poblenou,' adapting and experimenting with new recipes. In 2021, they launched unique styles, and in 2025, they launched their online store to bring their products to even more people.

They offer a wide variety of craft beers, including organic and gluten-free options. Their highlights include Lolita in Red (a roasted beer brewed with local hops), NIT (a light and silky stout), Alè de 1100 (a dark and malty imperial stout), DAURADA (an amber Eco Pale Ale), and XESCA (an organic IPA Blonde Ale). They also offer tasting and pairing experiences and provide facilities for other craft brewers.
