Brewed and sale of Craft Beer

The Montseny Brewery Company was founded in 2007 by a group of friends with the goal of producing high-quality craft beer. They began their business in an industrial warehouse in Sant Miquel de Balenyà-Seva, using machinery acquired from an English microbrewery. They initially launched three specialty beers and, due to their positive reception, expanded their range. Over the years, the company has received several awards, expanded its product catalog, begun exporting, and participated in various trade shows and associations. It has also innovated with organic beers and invested in technological improvements to increase its production capacity. In 2016, it was recognized as Best Brewery of the Year at the Barcelona Beer Challenge.

The company offers a wide variety of craft beers, primarily top-fermented (Ales), but also includes bottom-fermented beers (Lagers). Its notable products include Montseny Mala Vida (Imperial Stout), Montseny Mala Vida Bourbon, Montseny IPA, Montseny Doble IPA, Montseny Märzen, Montseny Lupulus, Montseny Castanya (made with chestnuts), Montseny EcoBlat (organic), Barley Port Wine, Florale Cuvée, Hazy IPA, and Montseny Monastic ALE.
