CHESTNUT ALE. A high-fermentation beer made with 75% barley malt and 25% organic chestnuts from the Pujol de Muntanya region of Viladrau. Elegant appearance, opaque amber in color, bright against the light, with a dense and persistent creamy rim. Chestnut aromas are present, under a background of smoke and toasted malts. The palate is dominated by the sweetness and warmth of the alcohol, with a hint of chestnut.
