In 2007, a group of winemakers rescued centuries-old vineyards in the Manchuela DO region, returning them to production and preserving their legacy. Since then, they have maintained a philosophy of authenticity and respect for tradition, carrying out the harvest manually and focusing on quality and the expression of the terroir.
