CONSERVAS BAIGORRI DE LUIS

The company has a history of over 40 years, founded by Fermín De Luis, who began processing piquillo peppers from Lodosa. The tradition was later continued by his son and grandson, Andrés Baigorri, who consolidated the company as a producer of piquillo peppers and asparagus from Navarra.

It offers canned Lodosa piquillo peppers, Navarrese asparagus, mushrooms, tomatoes, peas, fruits, legumes, and vegetables from Navarre, as well as imported products. The most notable products are Lodosa piquillo peppers and Navarrese asparagus.
