Conservas BROTO is a Galician family business from Pontevedra with over 33 years of experience in the canned food industry. It was founded by José Antonio Vallano and is currently run by the second generation, José Javier Vallano. The company has maintained its family values and commitment to excellence over two generations, combining tradition and modernity in its processes.
Product types
The company offers a wide variety of canned seafood and fish, highlighting products such as clams, razor clams, elvers, tuna belly and albacore tuna, fried pickled mussels, and cockles. It also sells sea urchin caviar, scallops, sardines, pilchards, octopus, and stuffed baby squid, among others.
