Furthermore, it is exclusively Iberian “Bellota”, the highest category that exists according to the Official Classification of Iberian products.

Features

• The ham has been subjected to a long ageing process in our own natural cellars for a minimum period of 36 months. This guarantees its excellent flavour and intense aroma. The piece shows the characteristic marbling resulting from the oleic acid provided by its acorn-fed diet.
