The Esenciaúnica 100% Iberian Bellota Shoulder comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs. A unique and authentic breed that lives and feeds in total freedom in the Dehesas, its natural habitat. It is also exclusively Iberian “Bellota”, the highest category that exists according to the Official Classification of Iberian products.

Features

• The shoulder has been subjected to a long ageing process in our own natural cellars for a minimum period of 18 months. This guarantees its excellent flavour and intense aroma. The piece shows the characteristic marbling resulting from the oleic acid provided by its acorn-fed diet.
