A unique breed of animal, a legacy from our ancestors, which gives each piece its character, flavor, and perfect texture, thanks to its free-range breeding in our own pastures. It is one of the most prized pieces, undergoing a salting and curing process. It is also exclusively Iberico Bellota, the highest category available according to the Official Classification of Iberico Pigs.

• The ham has undergone a long aging process in our own natural cellars for a minimum of 36 months. This guarantees its excellent flavor and intense aroma. The piece displays the characteristic marbling resulting from the oleic acid imparted by its acorn-fed diet.
