Esenciaunica 100% Iberian Bellota Ham comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs. A unique and authentic breed that lives and feeds in total freedom in the Dehesa, its natural habitat. Furthermore, it is exclusively Iberian “Bellota”, the highest category that exists according to the Official Classification of Iberian products.

The piece shows the characteristic marbling from the oleic acid provided by its acorn-fed diet. All this, together with the knife cutting carried out by our Master Carvers, guarantees its excellent flavour and intense aroma.
