The Esenciaúnica 100% Iberian Bellota Shoulder comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs. A unique and authentic breed that lives and feeds in total freedom in the Dehesa, its natural habitat. It is also exclusively Iberian “Bellota”, the highest category that exists according to the Official Classification of Iberian products.
