The Alta Expresión Iberian Bellota Presa comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs. A unique breed of animal, a legacy of our ancestors, which gives each piece its character, flavour and perfect texture, due to its free-range breeding in our own pastures. Furthermore, it is exclusively “Bellota” Iberian, the highest category that exists according to the Official Classification of Iberian products.
