A unique breed of animal, a legacy of our ancestors, which gives each piece its character, flavour and perfect texture, due to its free-range breeding in our own pastures. Furthermore, it is exclusively Iberian “Bellota”, the highest category that exists according to the Official Classification of Iberian products.

  • The chorizo is made using a traditional recipe from high-quality lean Iberian pork, seasoned with paprika and natural spices. The piece has been cured for a minimum of 100 days in natural casing, which gives it a characteristic smell and an intense aroma.
