The Cabecero de Bellota Ibérico Esenciaunica comes from a unique environment: our pastures, covered with the best grass and ancient oak trees that, generation after generation, provide the valuable acorns to the pig. It is also exclusively Ibérico de “Bellota”, the highest category that exists according to the Official Classification of Ibéricos.

• The Cabecero shows the characteristic marbling from the oleic acid provided by the acorn-based diet of our animals during the montanera process. Made with top quality meat and seasoned with spices. It is characterized by its intense flavor and soft texture, due to the infiltrated fat that shows the very special and unique marbling.
