It comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs, a unique breed of animal, a legacy of our ancestors, which gives the character, flavour and perfect texture to each piece. It is also exclusively Iberian “Bellota”, the highest category that exists according to the Official Classification of Iberian products.

• The loin shows the characteristic marbling from the oleic acid provided by the acorn-based diet of our animals during the montanera process. Made with top-quality loin and seasoned with spices. It is characterized by its red color, its firm consistency and a characteristic smell and intense aroma.
