Covap Iberian Acorn-fed Chorizo. Sliced 120g

Esenciaunica Iberian Bellota Chorizo comes from a unique environment: our pastures, covered with the best grass and ancient oak trees that, generation after generation, provide the precious acorns to the pig. The Chorizo is made with a traditional recipe from high-quality lean Iberian pork seasoned with paprika. This sausage has been subjected to a curing and drying process of at least 50 days. The piece cut into thin slices maintains all its aroma and flavour.

• Chorizo is a completely natural Iberian product without artificial ingredients, nitrites and nitrates, very healthy thanks to the contribution of oleic acid from the acorn, the same as olive oil. This has been minimally processed and provides the meat with a high content of proteins, vitamins, minerals and natural antioxidants.
