The 100% Iberian Alta Expresión Bellota Ham from Los Pedroches holds the Los Pedroches Designation of Origin, a symbol of quality and exclusivity. It comes from 100% Iberian pigs. A unique breed of pig, a legacy from our ancestors, which gives each piece its character, flavor, and perfect texture, thanks to its free-range rearing in our own pastures in Los Pedroches. It is also exclusively Iberian Bellota, the highest category available according to the Official Classification of Iberian Pigs.
