A unique breed of animals, a legacy from our ancestors, which gives each piece its character, flavor, and perfect texture, thanks to its free-range rearing in our own pastures in Los Pedroches. It is also exclusively Ibérico de Bellota, the highest category available according to the Official Classification of Ibéricos.
