The 100% Iberian Bellota Alta Expresión Ham comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs. A unique breed of animal, a legacy of our ancestors, which gives each piece its character, flavour and perfect texture, due to its free-range breeding in our own pastures. It is one of the most highly prized pieces that undergoes a salting and curing process. It is also exclusively Iberian “Bellota”, the highest category that exists according to the Official Classification of Iberian products.
