The Alta Expresión 100% Iberian Bellota Shoulder comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs. A unique breed of animal, a legacy of our ancestors, which gives each piece its character, flavour and perfect texture, due to its free-range rearing in our own Los Pedroches pastures. It is also exclusively Iberian “Bellota”, the highest category that exists according to the Official Classification of Iberian products.
