Extra Dry Anise 3 Caires 70 cl, 52% ABV. The history of TRES CAIRES dry anise or cazalla dates back more than 100 years, and it is still produced in our wineries following the same traditional recipe and without adding artificial chemicals. It is distilled in century-old stills and the process takes more than 15 hours. The name TRES CAIRES (three edges) comes from the characteristic triangular shape of our bottle, the original idea of Jordi Perelló Serra, a true entrepreneur and visionary who had the initiative to patent the bottle design back in 1927, although the actual design of the bottle dates back to approximately 1895. Over the years, and due to its indisputable quality, it has become a true benchmark among liqueurs made in Mallorca, both for the local population and for our visitors and tourists.
