History
Dillepasa was founded in 1987 with the aim of establishing a marketing and distribution platform for the pastry industry. In 2018, it expanded its facilities with the acquisition of land and the construction of a temperature-controlled warehouse. In 2021, it renewed its IFS Logistics 2.2 certification and obtained IFS Broker 3, certifying high standards in quality and food safety. In 2023, it opened a new 3,000 m² facility with modern storage and control systems.


Product types
It offers a wide range of baked goods, pastries, and chocolates, both sweet and savory, traditional and modern, including gluten-free options. Its products include cakes, muffins, croissants, palmiers, panettone, panellets, Easter cakes, themed chocolates, and seasonal products for holidays such as Easter, Christmas, Halloween, and Valentine's Day.
