History
The company was founded in 1987 in Sabadell, in response to the growing industrialization of frozen bakery and pastries. From the beginning, it has been committed to maintaining artisanal methods adapted to freezing. Over time, it has consolidated its market presence, receiving recognition from both direct customers and distributors, and expanding its product range and partnerships.
Product types
They offer a wide variety of artisan products, including ensaïmadas (filled with cream, cabell d'àngel, chocolate, and sobrassada), coques de Sant Joan (with brioix, full pastry, fruit, cream, and llardons), croissants (plain, filled with chocolate, ham, and cheese, and the giant 800g croissant), tortells, and roscón (with and without marzipan), as well as brioix and other products upon request. They also distribute Europastry products, including breads, pastries, pizzas, ready meals, and vegan specialties.
