History
Dispravia was founded in January 2000 by Tino Graña, after more than 30 years of experience in food distribution. Its creation responded to the need to incorporate traditional Galician artisanal sweets into the mass market, recovering typical recipes from the Galician region.


Product types
It offers a wide variety of traditional Galician sweets, including cakes (such as almond cake and cheesecake), rolls, melindres, sponge cakes, assorted pastries (muffins, palmiers, canes, empanadillas, puff pastries, mantecados), seasonal products, and braids. Highlights include almond cake, Villalba roscón, and cheesecake.

To guarantee the quality and freshness of traditional Galician pastries, handcrafted with select ingredients, preserving ancestral recipes and satisfying the needs of the most demanding customers.
