History
Dulces Artesanos Capricho Extremeño was founded in 2003 by Mª Carmen Muñoz Barragán and Emilia Barragán Barragán, who after six years of experience selling sweets in the town bakery, decided to start their own business. They used recipes inherited from their families and set up shop in a warehouse in the Marmolejo Industrial Park in Berlanga, achieving success in the region. Their spouses collaborate on distribution and marketing.
Product types
The company offers a wide variety of artisan sweets, including perrunillas, fried doughnuts, muffins, almond cakes, polvorones, puff pastry bows, curly cookies, cakes, chocolate-filled empanadas, almond snacks, and special assortments for occasions such as Christmas. Among its most notable products are almond cakes, perrunillas, and assortments of typical Extremaduran sweets.

The company's fundamental purpose is to produce high-quality artisan sweets using traditional recipes and natural products, maintaining the authentic flavor of Extremaduran pastries and offering its products to both individual customers and distributors.
