Munar Mallorcan sausage is made exclusively with ham and pork fat. Paprika gives it its characteristic deep red color. Its smooth and creamy texture makes it a very versatile product, whether spread on bread or combined with a multitude of other products such as cheeses, jams, honey, or quince jelly, or used in recipes. Stuffed into the small intestine of a pig, it is usually grilled in roasts.
