The company was founded in 1975. By 1995, it already had more than 20 years of experience in international settings and established relationships with multinational companies in the sector. In 1998, it began exporting, primarily to the European Union and subsequently to South and Central America. In 2003, it invested in a new pre-cooked food plant in Burgos, equipped with modern technology and quality certifications. In 2006, it signed a commercial alliance agreement with Aviko, BV, expanding its portfolio and improving processes. In 2007, it expanded its pre-cooked food plant. In 2009, Aviko, BV acquired a 25% stake in Eurofrits. Between 2015 and 2018, the company invested in new production lines and systems to improve food quality and safety.

It offers a wide range of frozen products, including meat, fish, and poultry specialties, croquettes, chips, appetizers, snacks, and tapas. Its notable lines include Typical Tapas, ChefBurger, Food Solutions, and products in partnership with Aviko and Frosta. Highlights include hamburgers, croquettes, chips in various cuts, chicken fingers, cheese rings, fish fillets, and churros.
