- These squid have been made with selected cuttlefish and prepared according to the original recipe from Cantabria, with the exact amount of salt and lightly floured with fine wheat flour. For a perfect result, fry without defrosting in plenty of very hot virgin olive oil for two minutes. Enjoy them as is or seasoned with a few drops of lemon.
Conservation
Conservation Keep at -18ºC. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
Recommendation for use Freir sin descongelar en aceite abundante muy caliente (180-190ºC durante dos minutos aprox., hasta que estén doradas.
