Activity
The company is dedicated to producing natural wines, made without additives or filtration, following biodynamic and organic farming practices. Its focus is on reflecting the energy and character of the Empordà region, allowing nature to guide the entire process, from vine cultivation to winemaking.
History
The company's journey began with the dream of its founders, originally from Amsterdam, to own their own vineyard. After training and gaining experience in different wine-producing regions around the world, they settled in Empordà, where they acquired a 9.5-hectare vineyard near Rabós in 2018 through crowdfunding. They began producing wines in the former Rabós cooperative, initially rented, and later expanded their project with the creation of the Fruita Analogica brand and the opening of the Analògic restaurant in the same winery.
Product types
The company offers natural wines under two main brands: Vinyes Tortuga, made with its own biodynamically grown grapes, and Fruita Analógica, produced from grapes sourced from selected local farmers and vinified with the same natural approach. They also have a restaurant, Analògic, which offers seasonal dishes featuring local and organic ingredients, designed to pair with their wines. Featured products include various types of wines (such as cuvées, brutales, and vermouth), wine boxes, and glasses.
Mission
The company's mission is to create authentic and vibrant wines that express the character of the Empordà region, cultivating the land sustainably and in harmony with nature. Its vision is to revive the local winemaking tradition, promote biodiversity, and transform its winery into a destination where wine, food, and community come together in a genuine and environmentally friendly experience.
