The Mas Albornà Foundation is dedicated to the social and employment integration of people with intellectual disabilities, mental disorders, and those at risk of exclusion, primarily in the Penedès region. It offers personalized support, training, and employment services, as well as business and assistance services for public and private entities.
History
The foundation has over 50 years of experience working in the Penedès region to improve the lives of people with disabilities, mental disorders, and those at risk of exclusion, promoting their social and labor integration. It has grown to become one of the largest organizations in the region, with an extensive network of services and centers.
Product types
It offers a variety of services and products, including: assistance services (occupational center, home-residence, home care), business services (handling, laundry, gardening, street cleaning, painting and maintenance, management of cultural facilities), external services to companies, and handmade social products (bags, pencil cases, stationery and decoration items).
Mission
The mission is to empower people with disabilities, mental disorders, and other groups at risk of exclusion, creating opportunities for community and employment integration through a diverse range of services to businesses and local governments. The vision is to improve the life plans of these individuals by offering support and quality services focused on their interests and rights, and to become a leading organization in social commitment.
