History
The company has a history of five generations of master craftsmen since 1873, maintaining the traditional, manual production of its products and passing down ancestral recipes from generation to generation.


Product types
It offers a wide variety of Menorcan pastries, highlighting traditional ensaimadas (plain, with angel hair, cream, chocolate, and sobrasada) and specialty ensaimadas (such as Sacher, dulce de leche, cheese and candied pear, Nutella, Oreo, Kinder Bueno, KitKat, pistachio, and others). It also sells carquinyols, pastissets, duquesitas, bitters, crespellinas, madeleines, chocolates, cured meats, Menorcan cheeses, honey, jams, gin, and packs of traditional products.

To preserve and keep alive the legacy of traditional Menorcan pastries, creating high-quality artisanal products following ancestral recipes and transmitting the island's culinary traditions.
