History
The company was founded 50 years ago in Espinelves by brothers Narcís and Ramon, who, after gaining experience in various bakeries in Catalonia, decided to start the family business. They moved the company to Sant Hilari Sacalm ten years later, where they continued to grow and modernize. In 1990, they invested in new facilities to increase production and specialize in products such as sponge cakes. In 2023, the company celebrated its 50th anniversary and passed on to the next generation of the family, ensuring its continuity.
Product types
They offer a variety of traditional Catalan pastries, including melindros, carquinyolis, malets, ametllats, melindros with chocolate, borrecs, sequillos, panellets, nougat, and various batches and boxes of specialty products.
