Giró Ribot is a family winery but with an international projection. Our motto, transmitted from generation to generation, has always been quality and authenticity above all else. We hope that our wines and champagnes, as well as our surroundings, arouse your interest and your complete satisfaction. El Penedès: The origin of a denomination. Fidelity to geography. Our winery is located in the heart of the Penedès Denomination of Origin. This beautiful area of Catalonia, located halfway between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona, borders on the south with the Mediterranean and on the north with the spectacular and unusual Montserrat massif. Around 26,000 h of natural paradise, witness of a long and noble historical tradition and depositary of climatic and orographic conditions that have constituted an excellent environment for the cultivation and eleboration of wines of the highest quality. In 1990, they joined the expert group Remy Cointreau processors of high quality products and also one of the great Champagne producing groups. The personality of this harmonious coincidence between the extensive culture of Champagne and the manifest tradition of cava has made possible the creation of wines and champagnes with unique qualities and high quality. Since 2000, the Giró Ribot family has bought the shares of the Remy Cointreau Group, taking control of the winery.
