The company is dedicated to the production and marketing of 100% plant-based food products, focusing on seasonings, broths, vegetable proteins, pâtés, and jams, all free of allergens and additives, with the goal of offering healthy and sustainable alternatives to enhance flavor in the kitchen.


History
Gimme Sabor emerged as the result of the collaborative work of Chef Cholo García and founders Víctor and Raúl, who, after numerous trials and tribulations, developed plant-based product lines that combine flavor, responsibility, and innovation.


Product types
It offers a wide range of plant-based products, such as seasonings (Parmesan cheese, roast chicken, bacon, cured cheese, sour cream & onion flavors, among others), broths (fish, seafood, meat, and lamb flavors), plant-based proteins (tuna flavor), plant-based pâtés (blood sausage and sobrasada flavors), and sugar-free jams (various flavors). The seasonings and broths are the most notable products.


Mission
The mission is to accelerate the food transition toward a plant-based model that ensures food availability for all and the preservation of the planet. The vision is to create plant-based products that match or surpass the flavor of animal-based products, making traditional recipes easier to prepare and promoting food inclusion by eliminating allergens.
