Judas Belgian Lager Beer Bottle Pack, 4x33cl

The Alken-Maes Brewery in Waarloos, Belgium, whose earliest origins date back to the local Sint Michel Brewery in 1880, launched in 1986 the finest Belgian-style lager, brewed according to Belgian brewing tradition and applying the best known brewing practices. The result is an excellent beer that won a silver medal at the 1989 Le Monde Selection. This beer is currently part of the Heineken Brewing Group's brand portfolio. It is a beer that primarily uses barley malt, wheat, and a blend of Bohemian hop varieties. This ale is a Belgian lager, light amber in color with an old gold hue, and a very white, consistent, and persistent head, with very pronounced fresh fruit aromas, over nuances of cereals, hops, and freshly cut grass. Its intense flavor, with a counterpoint of bitter notes, balances perfectly with the sweetness of the malt. A lively beer with fine bubbles and a light-medium body with a finish and a sweet caramel note. Alcohol content: 8.5% by volume. Serving temperature: 4 - 6 ºC. Due to the complexity and nuances that this style of beer offers in flavor and aromas, we can pair it with fresh salads where there is the presence of fresh cheeses, cold cuts, and nuts. Ideal with sauces with oranges and pineapple, and for dessert we could accompany it with typical Belgian chocolates.
