The company was founded in 1962 by Antonio, Rafael, and Dionisio Ferrer Cárdenas as a maquila mill. In 1972, it was transformed into an industrial flour factory, incorporating advanced technology of the time. In 1993, the next generation took over, modernizing the facilities and expanding the product range, adding the Ferrer name to the brand to differentiate itself in the market.
