Since at the beginning of the 50s our alma mater and grandmother María Pérez started a bakery workshop to be able to take her family forward we have sustained the same philosophy of work, contributing along the way new ideas and new knowledge with the intention of giving you an experience and satisfaction unique to the palate.

History
The company was founded in the early 1950s by María Pérez, who started a bakery to support her family. Since then, the company has maintained the same work philosophy, incorporating new ideas and knowledge, and preserving traditional breadmaking methods, free of artificial additives and baked in a wood-fired oven.

It offers a variety of baked goods, including conventional breads, organic breads, signature breads, and dried breads. Featured products include Roscos Almonteños (traditional, organic, and whole-wheat), Picos Almonteños, Hallulla, Pan Bazo, Pan Triple Ecológico, Pan de la Casa Pequeño, Desayuno Rye 100%, Serrano Spelt 100%, and Palillos de Candeal (Wheat Flour Sticks).
