History
The company is made up of farmers with a five-generation tradition of raising Iberian pigs in Los Pedroches. They have evolved from merely raising and fattening pigs to establishing their own production and marketing their products under the IBESA brand. They were one of the founding companies of the Los Pedroches Designation of Origin in the 1990s, actively participating in the development of the quality criteria and PDO membership. Over the years, they have maintained the tradition and quality of their production, combining traditional methods with innovation and respect for the environment.


Product types
The company offers a wide range of products derived from 100% Iberian pork, including 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham, 100% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder, cured meats such as salchichón, chorizo, morcón, and acorn-fed pork loin, fresh acorn-fed pork, product packs, and sliced products. Among its most notable products are 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Ham DOP Los Pedroches, 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Shoulder, 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Salchichón, and 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Pork Loin.


Mission
The company's fundamental goal is to maintain the tradition and quality of breeding and producing Iberian products, guaranteeing the authenticity and origin of its products, and respecting the environment. In the long term, it seeks to consolidate the prestige of the Los Pedroches PDO and offer high-quality, internationally recognized products.
