The company was founded in 1986 by three brothers in Noalejo, Jaén, a town steeped in butchering tradition. Since then, the company has maintained its commitment and passion for artisanal meat production, continuing the legacy started by its founders.

It offers a wide range of pork products, including fresh sausages (such as chorizo, chistorra and pinchos), cooked sausages (morcilla, butifarra, tripe), cured sausages (salchichón, chorizo sarta, lomo embuchado, cured ham) and fresh meat (loin, sirloin, chops, ham, shoulder, belly, bacon, among others).
