Ines Rosales, Inés Rosales

History
Inés Rosales was founded in 1910 by Inés Rosales Cabello in Castilleja de la Cuesta, Seville, beginning with the artisanal production of Tortas de Aceite. Initially sold in strategic locations throughout the region, the cakes quickly became popular throughout Spain. After the founder's death in 1934, the company passed through several family hands and was later acquired by investors. In 1985, a new management team revitalized the brand, modernizing production and expanding the company, which currently has a 10,500 m² factory in Huévar del Aljarafe and employs more than 130 families.

Product types
The company offers a range of traditional Andalusian baked goods, highlighting Tortas de Aceite (in sweet, savory, sugar-free varieties, and with flavors such as cinnamon, orange, lemon, ginger, rosemary, and thyme), Andalusian specialties such as honey pestiños, cortadillos with angel hair or cocoa, snowy pancakes, and coconut pancakes, as well as baked snacks called "Crujío." It also offers gift products and professional formats.

Mission
The company seeks to combine tradition and innovation to maintain the value of its products for past and future generations, ensuring the highest quality and food safety, and promoting sustainable development, social responsibility, and respect for the environment.
