History
Quescrem was founded in 2006 by a group linked to the University of Santiago de Compostela and the Dairy Products Classroom on the Lugo campus, with the aim of boosting the Galician dairy sector through innovation, internationalization, and sustainability. Since its inception, the company has experienced steady growth, expanding its facilities and product range, and has received various awards for its innovative activities. It has established strategic alliances, such as its partnership with Capsa Food, and has expanded its international presence, particularly in the Chinese market. The company has invested in sustainability and developed products adapted to market trends, such as vegan and lactose-free options.

Quescrem offers a wide range of dairy products, primarily cream cheese in different varieties and formats for the industry, professionals, and households. Highlights include Regular Cream Cheese, Natural Plus Cream Cheese, Mascarpone Cheese, Concentrated Yogurt, Plus Cream Cheese with Goat Cheese Roll, Plus Cream Cheese with Brie Cheese, Organic Cream Cheese, Kefir Cream Cheese, Lactose-Free Cream Cheese, 0% Lactose Mascarpone, and vegan products such as Greenster (a fermented almond spread). They also develop customized products for industrial customers and offer technical solutions for professional catering.
