Berman Ibéricos is a family business located in Guijuelo, dedicated to the production of high-quality Iberian hams, shoulders, and sausages using traditional and natural processes.
History
The company was founded in 1985 by Bernardino Pérez Valle, who, influenced by his father's experience in the meat industry, started the business with his wife, Manuela. The name Berman comes from the combination of the founders' names. Currently, the second generation, his children, Ángela and Manuel, run the company, maintaining the values of hard work, seriousness, and dedication.
Product types
Berman Ibéricos offers a wide range of Iberian products, including Iberian ham (acorn-fed, field-fed, and grain-fed), Iberian shoulder, Iberian acorn-fed loin, Iberian acorn-fed salchichón, and Iberian acorn-fed chorizo. They also offer sliced Iberian cured meats and other cured meats such as Iberian morcón.
