Activity
In a modern factory of 14,000 square meters, without renouncing new technologies and with the strictest quality controls in the reception of raw materials, in the process and in the finished product. In clean rooms we continue to make our products as before.
The factory is located in La Antigua (León), away from the large industrial centers and close to Benavente, an important distribution center, which allows us to serve our customers in less than 24 hours for any point of the peninsula and 72 hours for the rest of Europe.
History
The company was founded in 1988 to produce smoked salmon. In 1995, it added smoking cod and trout. In 2014, it launched a range of desalted cod and obtained IFS certification. In 2019, it was acquired by the Brasmar group and obtained ASC and MSC certifications. In 2021 and 2024, it made improvements in energy efficiency and production capacity, and in 2025, it installed solar panels to reduce CO₂ emissions.

It offers salmon, cod, and trout products, both fresh and smoked, highlighting smoked salmon, desalted cod, and smoked trout.
