We are a company from Barcelona specialized in the production and sale of our frozen crystal Bread.
The Coca de Folgueroles is a traditional and unique bread:
• Our crystal coca is well-known for its crunchy crust, porous crumb and unique taste. It is an excellent complement for fine dishes and modern restaurant cuisine.
• Our bread is hand-made with 100% natural raw ingredients and fermented over eight hours to offer a top-quality rustic bread.
• The crystal coca bread is delivered ready to bake. It needs to be transported and stored at -18Cº.
• Our minimum order is 1 pallet (europal), the number of units it contains varies according to the size of the bread.You can check the details in the brochure attached.
• If you prefer, we offer the possibility of producing the bread under your own brand.
History
Coca de Folgueroles® is a family tradition that began a few decades ago in the town of Folgueroles. Over time, it has become a benchmark for artisanal country bread, expanding from the Osona region to all of Spain. El Horno Pascuet maintains this family tradition in the daily preparation of its products.
