History
The company was founded in 1961 by Dolores Martín Jiménez in a small factory on Gilena Street. Over the course of five decades, it has grown from a small workshop to a larger, modern factory, currently run by the third generation of the family.

It offers a variety of traditional sweets, including polvorones, mantecados, wine-flavored donuts, alfajores, puff pastries, marzipan, nougat, sugared almonds, and chocolate bonbons. Among its most notable products are polvorones, mantecados, wine-flavored donuts, and alfajores.

The fundamental goal is to maintain the tradition and quality of sweets making, using the finest raw materials and traditional know-how, with the intention that future generations will continue the family business.
