ABOUT US The Queen of Tortillas was established as a Spanish company in 2006, and since 2008 is the undisputed leader in the 100% corn tortilla and other derived products market. The use of the millennial method of "nixtamal" and strict compliance with European sanitary regulations, mark the main differences with respect to other producers. The implementation of strict quality control protocols has allowed La Reina de las Tortillas to be, today, the supplier of more than 90% of the Mexican restaurants in Spain and of a significant majority of the specialized stores in the country. From our factory in Madrid we send tortillas, with an increasing demand, to more than 12 countries in Europe. This, with only one objective: to get to each corner of the continent the most representative product of Mexican cuisine, in its purest state.
