LAS HOYAS AOVE

At AOVE de LAS HOYAS, we produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, extracted only by mechanical means. The olives, of the Picual and Arbequina varieties, are harvested in our olive groves in the Sierra de Filabres (Almería) and the Sierra de Andújar (Jaén). Both olive groves have had European organic farming certification since 2024. We do not buy olives from other farms, so we control the quality of our raw material at all times.
