PALO REPOSAT LIQUOR IN MOYA BOTTLE 50CL

A traditional Mallorcan aperitif made from the infusion and/or maceration of cinchona bark and gentian roots, caramelised sugar, agricultural ethyl alcohol and water. The first generation of the Moyà family was already a Palo producer, being one of the first distilleries to make this traditional aperitif. According to old family recipes, Palo was left to rest in an oak barrel to consolidate the liqueur, balance the aroma, bitterness and creaminess. After more than 100 years, and in honour of Andreu Barceló, a friend of the family and employee of Licors Moyà since 1988, who always suggested that this resting process be recovered, Palo Reposat in a barrel was born.
