Lumai was born in Galicia in the 80s as a small family business in which the couple formed by Mª del Carmen Fiaño and Luciano Cruces face the challenge of preparing a traditional take-away cuisine based on quality recipes with which to satisfy the demand of a wide range of clients, from professionals or housewives to young working couples or children. The direct contact with the public was a fundamental piece in the road to success that was the first years of development, specializing our cuisine in native recipes prepared with the best raw materials. Our presentation letter is the elaboration of exquisite artisan masses obtained from the recipes of the Galician bread, emphasizing its texture, aroma and unmistakable flavor to culinary tradition. With the second generation of the Cruces family incorporated into the project, providing the necessary drive and knowledge for a correct evolution, "A Cociña de Lumai" has been transformed to industrialize the parts of the manufacturing process that do not affect the quality of our products. traditional dishes, thus achieving a competitive product according to the needs of the current consumer that helps us every day in our vocation of continuous improvement and values ​​above all our commitment to QUALITY.


History
Lumai was founded in Galicia in the 1980s as a small family business by Mª del Carmen Fiaño and Luciano Cruces, focusing on traditional takeaway cuisine. Over time, the company specialized in local recipes and artisanal doughs inspired by Galician bread. The incorporation of the second generation of the family allowed for the partial industrialization of the processes, maintaining the commitment to quality and adapting to current market needs.
